PLYMOUTH, MINN.—The new Razor 20 and 20T walk-behind scrubbers from Kent offer ECO System solution control and a choice of two pad pressure settings—features that lead to maximum cleaning performance and productivity. The ECO System precisely controls solution flow to deliver more than a full hour of cleaning on a single tank. The result is fewer dump and refill cycles, which lowers costs for labor, water, wastewater and detergent. Depending upon the soil level, operators can easily switch between the light-duty “float” setting for extended run time and the heavy-duty “locked” position for tackling heavier soil.

“The Razor 20 and 20T scrubbers are simple to use, built to last and offer terrific value,” says Sara Thurston, brand manager for Kent.

The new models are easy to maneuver and are designed with operator-friendly features such as improved sight lines, an ergonomic wrap-around handle and a standard on-board battery charger. The machines operate at 65 dB A, quieter than most competitive scrubbers, making the Razor scrubbers ideal for daytime cleaning.

Designed to Minimize Water Use

Kent’s electronically controlled ECO solution system—standard on all new Kent scrubbers, utilizes the minimum solution flow-rate, which is calibrated to effectively clean the majority of floors with the minimum amount of water. This feature contributes to green cleaning programs by reducing both water and detergent consumption and waste, while also reducing costs.

Operation of the Razor 20 and 20T scrubbers is made easy with a One-Touch scrubbing control panel. One button turns everything on while the easy-to-read control pad allows for simple operation and easy operator training. Razor 20 is a pad-assist machine, which means the unit is propelled by the rotation of the scrub head. The Razor 20T features a traction-drive system with variable-speed control for effortless scrubbing and transport in both forward and reverse. Kent’s new Razor 20 scrubbers are easy to maintain with individual solution and recovery tanks and easy access to batteries and other components. The no-tool squeegee blade replacement feature allows fast, easy removal and replacement.

Other features include a front-fill solution tank, a center-pivot squeegee for 100 percent water pick-up on turns, a splash skirt and a corrosion-free deck. Both the Razor 20 and 20T are ideal for use in hospitality.
