FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA.—WaterPure International, Inc. announced an agreement to place two Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) test units at a major international hotel chain. The two AWGs are part of a WaterPure environmental green initiative program targeting the lodging industry. The company is offering AWGs for evaluation at various hotels and expects to strategically position units throughout the lodging industry.

AWGs from WaterPure produce three to five gallons of absolutely pure chilled or heated healthy drinking water each day using a condensation process that extracts moisture from the atmosphere. Similar in appearance to a traditional bottled water stand, the AWGs contradict the perception that jugs and cases of bottled water must be purchased, delivered and stored in order for guests to have pure safe fresh delicious drinking water. Use of AWGs throughout the lodging industry could help satisfy the popular green issues of guests.

“We hope to capitalize on this major hotel placement by helping them join the other elites in their industry enjoying greener times,” says Paul Lipschutz, Chairman of the Board, WaterPure International, Inc. “By reducing the cost and clutter of plastic jugs and bottles, a new attitude toward water could be imminent in the lodging industry. Look for us to announce other relationships as our targeted green initiatives take hold.”

About Atmospheric Water Generators

The WaterPure Atmospheric Water Generator extracts moisture from the atmosphere through a condensation process and transforms it into absolutely pure, healthy drinking water. Multiple air and water filtration systems remove particulate matter smaller than .01 microns. Utilizing high intensity UV (ultra violet), it eliminates any microorganisms including bacteria and viruses. Test results of WaterPure water measured 99.9 percent purity, far exceeding EPA requirements.

Operating on standard 110v power, it is extremely efficient and uses a minimal amount of energy to produce water. Depending on local electricity costs, a gallon of WaterPure water costs about 8 cents to produce. The unit requires no plumbing, water lines, or pipes and is easily installed. Driven by a microcomputer control system, it will stop generating water when full. The WaterPure purification system employs special filters to remove any unpleasant tastes or odor that may be present in the air. The result is fresh and delicious drinking water in its purest form.
