OLDSMAR, FLA.—Actabl, the leading hospitality software company dedicated to empowering hotels with actionable insights and solutions, has recently promoted and hired 14 women to senior leadership, director, and managerial positions. Despite women making up 51.2 percent of the hospitality workforce according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 30 percent of leaders in the industry were women. At Actabl, women account for 41 percent of its overall workforce and now represent 43 percent of the company’s leadership team at the director level or higher.

These 14 businesswomen bring forth impressive industry expertise and a collective vision to further cultivate the company’s products, talent, and customer relations. Recent promotions and hirings include: Erica Peterson, Vice President of People; Lindsey Goedecker, Senior Vice President of Sales; Catherine Marquez, Engineering Manager; Kenza Sebbar, Director of Revenue Operations; Sreedeepika Gopalakrishna, Software Support Engineer III; Jessica Yacone, Director of Strategic Customer Success; Giovan Montanaro, Director of Customer Experience Operations; Diana Osuna, Senior Director Enterprise Customer Success; Paige Wendryzk, Key Customer Success Manager; Brianna Leclerc, Senior Product Marketing Manager; Grace Diaz, Operations Manager; Megan Yagoda Kaplan, Vice President Account Management; Daniella Huang, Vice President Learning & Enablement; and Esdra Rowe, Accounts Receivable Manager.

“In both the hotel and tech industries, ensuring women consistently have a seat at the table is crucial, given historical gender disparities in leadership in particular,” said Cristina DeVito, Chief Financial Officer at Actabl. “These promotions and hires mark a transformative shift in the hotel technology sector, where women now stand as influential and impactful leaders in shaping its future.”
