ATLANTA—Hanwha Surfaces, a global manufacturer of quartz and acrylic solid surfaces, highlighted their commercial focus as well as the launch of five new colors in their HanStone Quartz line at the recent HD Expo in Las Vegas.

“With Hanstone’s May launch of five new colors, including the revolutionary six-color, Rolling Stone design and the post- consumer recycled Homebrewed design, HD Expo connected today’s design community with the color options they demand,” said Bob Paradiso, Hanwha Surfaces vice president of sales and marketing.

Homebrewed adds a neutral, earthy element to the existing five recycled products in the HanStone line that can contribute to LEED points on a project. HanStone recycled products are all certified by SCS, GREENGUARD and NSF for recycled content, indoor air quality and food safety.

Patterns with Different Colors, Accents

Capri, Walnut Luster and Takoda round out the May launch of five colors, adding depth to the durability of quartz. Capri is a unique vein pattern of warm blue-grey slate with deep navy and hints of green veining that works well with all wood tones. Walnut Luster is a multi-vein pattern with an earthy limestone feel in light browns with creamy ivory and chestnut brown accents. Takoda is a classic quartz pattern in warm brown tones that offers versatility and elegance.

“The Wow color series adds vibrant pops of color, in hues that are fresh and up to date,” according to Lisa Herreth, product designer and marketing specialist. Wow colors that were featured at HD Expo were Slice of Ice, Limelight and Royale Blanc, which officially launched into the market last fall.

“HanStone offers the A&D community over 50 color options including the five new designs launching in May,” Paradiso said. “Hanstone satisfies any surfacing needs and budgets that the design community can imagine.”
