INWOOD, N.Y.—Electrolux’s new dryers are designed to cut time in the cleaning and drying process while still achieving the best results. The three new high tech Electrolux T5000-series dryers are available in 35, 67, and 83 pound capacities.

The drying time is being shortened by 10 minutes on average, compared to previous generations of similar models, while at the same time cutting the energy consumption by up to 20 percent. The dryers take up 20 percent less wall space making it possible for the user to optimize the production area. Attention has also been put into the ergonomic design with magnetic door catches, repositioned lint filter systems, and hatches that are amongst the largest on the market.

The T5000 series is engineered for long life, reliability, fast drying, and low energy consumption.

New Compass Pro Interface

In the new Compass Pro program interface for the T5000-series, Electrolux offers the following:
Eco Button which saves 10 percent more energy than a regular cycle; Care Button which gives a better finish to the linen; and Speed Button which gives the shortest possible cycle.

In the area of maintenance and service the new series offers the following improvements: support rollers at the front that lead to longer main bearing lifetime; exhaust on the top (optional) that leads to easy installation and better serviceability; handle on the back plate for easy removal for service; new access on the timer area; two motors as standard; and single phase drum reversing as standard.

All dryers provide extensive saving potential on time and running costs with up to 30 percent less drying time; up to 20 percent less energy consumption; and up to 20 percent more production with less wall space.
