SAG HARBOR, N.Y.—Relief Brands LLC has announced the launch of its plant-based Well Life Amenities Program for the hotel and spa industry.

Well Life is partnering with hotels, inns, spas, AirBnBers and Vrbo-ers to bring scent-driven, plant-based products to guests to enhance their in-room experience and convey their commitment to protecting the environment. Well Life’s high-quality line of products including soaps, mists, lotions, and shower bombettes are 100 percent natural, non-GMO, phthalate, and paraben free.

With the growing interest in wellness and sustainable living, travelers are looking for earth-friendly products such as those they use at home. There are 91,000 hotels and motels in the United States alone, contributing hundreds of thousands of pounds of waste to landfills each year. A partnership with Well Life can help reduce waste by tailoring the program according to a property’s recycling abilities. In addition, the plant-based products eliminate chemicals going down the drain and ultimately into the ground water.

Well Life offers a full suite of sustainable, plant-based products, as well as a bespoke program for properties looking for a distinct scent to define their brand. Custom blended products can include mini-sized guest amenities, or full-sized products for hotel shops and spas.

“With the hospitality and spa industries just coming back from COVID setbacks, now is the time for them to look at what they can do to make a positive impact on the future,” says Barbara Jude Frerichs, Founder and CEO of Relief Brands LLC, parent company of the Well Life brand.

“One simple change, such as offering our sustainable products to their guests, can make an impact when it comes to benefiting the planet,” she adds, “and at the same time it makes the guest’s stay a more memorable one.”

Well Life’s first collaboration with a major hotel property is underway with a pilot program that began in January 2022.
