OJAI, CALIF.—SimpliPhi Power and California Solar Electric have completed the second phase of an off-grid solar plus storage installation at the Taft Botanical Gardens in Ojai, Calif., which are part of an eco-resort owned by the nonprofit Conservation Endowment Fund.
