RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO—Fairmont Mayakoba will honor Earth Day, celebrated across the globe annually on April 22, by partnering with Oceanus A.C., a local organization dedicated to the conservation of coral reefs. Valid for stays April 22, 2021 through May 31, 2021, each guest making a reservation the week of April 22 to 30, 2021 will have the option to add a $20 donation to their reservation when booking online. Survey: 56 Percent of Consumers Likely to Travel for Vacation This Year
WASHINGTON, D.C.—A new survey conducted by Morning Consult and commissioned by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) shows consumers are optimistic about traveling again in 2021, with 56 percent reporting they are likely to travel for vacation this year.
That represents a significant decline from pre-pandemic levels, when approximately 70 percent of Americans took a vacation in any given year, according to OmniTrak (TNS) data.
