WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Moyer Diebel, boasting more than half a century of experience in the field, has recently added its newest under counter, the 351HT, to its lineup of quality dish machines. Replacing the current 301HT, this cost-efficient under counter has been updated with many new features and will make its world premiere at the NAFEM 2009 show.

Made for small kitchens and bars, the 351HT is an Energy Star qualified machine that significantly reduces water and energy consumption while still delivering sparkling clean wares using a low 0.80 gallons per rack. New features on the 351HT include counter-balanced, double skin door, improved clog resistant drain mechanism and stainless steel rinse-arms with removable end caps. Other features include a 40-degree built-in booster, 120-second cycle time cleaning 24 racks per hour, and a fresh water rinse.

Moyer Diebel also offers the 201HT that is a high temperature under counter machine that has as standard a multi-phase feature that allows for infield conversion from single to three phase. Rinse Sentry and a built-in 40-degree booster ensures a 180-degree final rinse while cleaning 21 racks per hour. A low temperature model is also offered, the 201LT with built-in detergent, rinse-aid, and sanitizer dispensing pumps.

Rounding out the Moyer Diebel line of dish machines are the door-type machines that include the MD1000HT and MD1000LT. The high temperature MD1000HT has a standard 40-degree built-in booster and boasts a capacity of 37 racks per hour and has interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms. The MD1000LT is a low temperature machine with three chemical dispensing pumps for detergent, rinse-air and sanitizer.
