ORLANDO, FLA.—Master-Bilt, manufacturer and supplier of a full line of commercial refrigeration equipment, will be displaying a wide array of products in a redesigned booth with interactive video presentation at the NAFEM Show in Orlando, February 7 to 9, 2019, in booth #2823.

Master-Bilt’s newly designed booth will highlight many items including its redesigned ice cream dipping/display merchandisers. Features include:

  • Full glass top and LED lighting, maximizing product visibility;
  • R290 refrigerant and redesigned refrigeration systems, providing optimum efficiency;
  • Lower back rail, providing improved operator ergonomics for easier dipping;
  • Radiused rear edge of cabinet, also providing improved operator comfort; and
  • Available in standard, low front glass and low front curved glass models.

The Master-Bilt booth will also have a demo of the updated Master Controller Reverse Cycle Defrost System (MCRCD). The MCRCD is an electronic controller option for walk-in coolers and freezers and is designed to increase food safety, prevent product loss and provide significant savings on energy bills. Featuring a simplified interface, the MCRCD still provides the same range of functions such as energy efficient reverse cycle defrost. The MCRCD’s patented design saves up to 27 percent more energy than an all-mechanical system. Additionally, its Web2Walk-In software increases user connectivity with remote monitoring and programming of data and set points.

Blast Chillers & Freezers

Among many products showcased at the NAFEM booth are Master-Bilt’s Master-Chill roll-in and pass-thru blast chiller/freezers. Blast chillers and blast freezers improve food safety, increase productivity in the kitchen and extend the shelf life of food, saving time and money. These can be stand-alone units or integrated into a walk-in allowing a customizable solution depending on space limitations.

In addition, Master-Bilt will be showcasing Parallel Rack Systems which are multiple compressor refrigeration units incorporated into a single housing and used to cool all the refrigeration equipment within a kitchen or retail environment.

Several products will be on display for front-of-house retail to back-of-the-house cold storage featuring R290 refrigerant, providing optimum efficiency for the end-user.
