Hilton Named No. 2 Best Company to Work for in the U.S.

MCLEAN, VA.—As the hospitality industry emerges from one of the most challenging times in its history and the world returns to travel, Hilton has once again been recognized for its outstanding—and resilient—workplace culture. Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Fortune named Hilton No. 2 on the 2022 Best Companies to Work For list in the United States. As in previous years, Hilton is the highest ranked hospitality company to appear on the list.

Following two incredibly challenging years, Hilton has used this moment as a chance to emerge stronger and to continue building a culture that recognizes team members as individuals with unique needs and goals.

Parental Leave, Adoption Assistance & More

Hilton’s goal is to build a culture that supports team members at every step of their personal and professional journeys. The hospitality company provides best-in-class benefits to both hourly and salaried team members, including expanded parental leave, adoption assistance and extended bereavement leave. In 2021, Hilton also launched a new campaign to increase support for team members’ mental wellness, focused on creating dialogue around the topic of mental health, providing team members with new tools and resources, and leaning on Hilton’s established culture of well-being.

Access to lifelong learning is also a key pillar of Hilton’s benefit offerings. Earlier this year in a first for the hospitality industry, Hilton announced a new partnership with Guild Education to provide a new continuing education benefit that will enable team members to earn a vast new variety of educational credentials at no cost to them.
