Available in April, the 48” Professional Dual Fuel Range expands upon the New Zealand-based brand’s cooking solutions. Featuring a hybrid cooktop, half-induction and half-gas, and generous oven capacity, this versatile appliance provides those of all cooking levels a best-in-class cooking experience. Designed with function and large-scale culinary preparation in mind, the Professional Range brings a new level of power, capacity and precision to the market.

The robust stainless steel construction includes halo illuminated dials that switch from white to red when in use, easy to clean black glass induction surface and dishwasher safe cast-iron trivets.
Multiple Ways to Cook
A high-resolution touchscreen offers guidance in preparation to help deliver perfect results, whether you are new to cooking or a seasoned chef. The screen tilts for improved ergonomics and optimal visibility while cooking and allows individuals the option to cook by oven-function and temperature, recipe or ingredient.
Two independently operating convection ovens provide a generous capacity totaling 6.9 cu ft with the main oven spacious enough to cook a 32lb turkey. Each of the 15 oven functions in the main cavity and 11 in the secondary have been extensively researched and carefully designed to cater to a broad range of dishes and cooking styles.
Utilizing the same convection technology in Fisher & Paykel’s existing wall ovens, the new 48” Professional Dual Fuel Range provides precise temperature control and even airflow around the cavity to create the perfect cooking environment. The main oven cavity features full extension telescopic racks for ease of use, while also incorporating a self-cleaning function and self-clean proof side racks, which do not need to be removed when using this function.
The Professional Range is available in a number of different configurations including 48” 5 burners with an extra wide griddle, 48” 8 burners, 36” 6 burners, 36” Induction and 30” 4 burners & 30” Induction.
