Champion Introduces UH330 ADA Undercounter Warewasher

CHICAGO—Champion Industries, manufacturer of a full line of premier commercial warewashing systems, introduces the UH330 ADA, its shortest ventless undercounter warewasher designed to accommodate thick countertops. Photovoltaic Project Nears Completion at Fairmont Kea Lani

WAILEA (MAUI) HAWAII—Fairmont Kea Lani’s commitment to responsible tourism practices and sustainable hotel management will take another leap forward next month with the completion of a rooftop photovoltaic (PV) project. The Fairmont Kea Lani’s latest sustainability project includes the installation of 1,528 rooftop PV solar panels. The 500 kilowatt solar installation is expected to offset more than 10 percent of the resort’s current energy demand and reduce CO2e emissions by 457 metric tons of CO2e annually.
