SYOSSET, N.Y.—Emerald Brand announced that Forbes Magazine recently named Managing Director, Ralph Bianculli Jr., as one of their top 30 Under 30 finalists in the manufacturing industry. Earlier this month Bianculli Jr. was awarded the Northeast Griffon 40 Under 40 Award in the New Channels category.

Emerald Brand focuses its product development on global conservation efforts and sustainability by use of tree-free, biodegradable materials, and plant-based phosphate and chlorine-free ingredients in its products. This year’s Forbes Under 30 Nominees and Northeast Griffon Award Recipients showcase the relentless impact of the manufacturing and sustainability industries globally.

“I am both humbled and honored to be a recipient of the Griffon 40 under 40 and a finalist in Forbes Magazine 30 under 30 for manufacturing,” says Bianculli Jr. “These honors are not a tribute to me as an individual, but to our incredibly passionate and talented employees who are the reason we’ve seen great growth and optimization of Emerald Brand in 2015.”

The Northeast Griffon Annual Editorial Series and “40 Under 40” awards feature the leaders of tomorrow in the New Channels category—leaders in the organic, natural, specialty foods, big-box and drugstores arena. Award winners are business and civic leaders who are making a major impact in these industries.

The Forbes annual “30 Under 30” list features 600 young disruptors, innovators and entrepreneurs who are transforming our world. The list has expanded to 20 categories this past year (from 15 categories and 450 individuals), with each of the honorees, all under 30 years old, admitted by a panel of expert judges in their respective field.
