ADAIRSVILLE, GA—BOLYU Contract introduces Flair, a versatile and environmentally responsible commercial carpet style manufactured with MBDC Cradle to Cradle Certified Zeftron nylon. With a visually compelling design, this new style is available in broadloom and tile, allowing end users to customize looks and ensure ease-of-installation for virtually any interior space.

All Flair colorations are made with Zeftron’s nylon 6ix and are Enviro6ix designated, which guarantees a minimum of 25 percent recycled content in every color. Flair’s tile version is made with BOLYU’s award-winning Nexterra, a carpet tile backing made with 85 percent post-consumer recycled content. It also carries the NSF-140 Platinum certification and contains Puralex, a high-tech odor neutralizer.

“BOLYU’s Flair is a commercial carpet product which will no doubt be very popular with specifiers looking for a high-styled carpet that possesses a variety of environmental and performance attributes,” said Tim Blount, Zeftron nylon’s business leader. “Flair carries the Zeftron nylon promise of unsurpassed style, performance and recyclability, which are the building blocks of any successful interior commercial carpet product.”

Wide Color Selection

Flair is available in 12 color ways that combine deep earth tones with abstract bursts of coordinating shades. A sophisticated addition to any interior finish, Flair is a trendy choice for corporate spaces and is equally suitable for hospitality, transportation or retail areas.

“The performance and color attributes of Zeftron nylon allow Flair to be stylish and durable,” said Cathy Mansour, Beaulieu Commercial’s director of marketing. “The combination of Zeftron nylon’s environmental characteristics with our Nexterra backing make it an environmentally-outstanding commercial carpet product.”

Flair is manufactured in BOLYU’s facilities, which are powered by clean wind energy. The broadloom and tile products contribute towards LEED points under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Material & Resources and Indoor Environmental Quality credit categories. Flair tile qualifies for LEED points under the Innovation & Design category.
