Plymouth Hilton Garden Inn to be Smoke Free
PLYMOUTH, MASS.—Linchris Hotel Corp. announced that the company’s newest property, the Hilton Garden Inn, located at Exit 5 on Route 3 in Plymouth, Mass., will be a completely smoke-free hotel. All guestrooms, as well as the hotel’s Pavilion Lounge, its front lobby and common areas, will follow the same nonsmoking policy. The Hilton Garden Inn was scheduled to open in May 2006. ProTeam Inc. Joins with State of Florida for Better Indoor Air Quality

Friedrich Air Conditioning Introduces New C-90B Air Cleaner
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS—Friedrich Air Conditioning Co. San Antonio, Texas, maker of the C-90A electronic air cleaner, announced that it is introducing second-generation air cleaning technology with even better effectiveness ratings. The new C-90B, which will replace the C-90A, features high Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADR) for pollen, dust and tobacco. ScentAir Inks Deal with Omni Hotels
CHARLOTTE, N.C.—ScentAir, a leading provider of scent branding solutions for retailers and brand marketers, has signed a nationwide agreement with Omni Hotels to incorporate ScentAir’s scent machines and a signature fragrance into each of the luxury hotel brand’s properties.
