California State Water Board Expands, Extends Emergency Water Conservation Regulations

SACRAMENTO, CALIF.—As California enters a fourth year of severe drought, the State Water Resources Control Board Tuesday adopted an expanded emergency regulation to safeguard the state’s remaining water supplies.
