The Washington Dulles Airport Marriot demonstrates its Earth-friendly attitude while providing meeting attendees with 100 percent recycled note pads, pens made from recycled materials, eco-friendly water service, organic flowers, linen-free tables, paperless billing, online event menus and a recyclable box lunch program. All office paper, plastic and glass from events are recycled as well as grease and cooking oil from the hotel’s Aviate Bar & Grille and Lobby Lounge.
After the meeting, environmentally conscious business professionals will feel right at home when they retire to the hotel’s 364 spacious guestrooms and four luxury suites. Each of these accommodations offer low-flow shower heads, high-efficiency digital thermometers and a linen re-use program.
The Marriott is one of the only hotels in Dulles that offers an online guide for businesses to start their event planning early by calculating costs and setting up floor plans for maximum comfort and efficiency.
