LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF.—Soul Community Planet, Inc. (SCP), the Holistic Hospitalty company, announced the launch of a Regulation CF investment offering. SCP brands and transforms boutique hotel properties into regenerative, wellness-centered destinations serving modern, mindful travelers. SCP-branded hotels are in some of the most spectacular nature-centric destinations in the world. The Soul Community Planet brand is distinguished through its Every Stay Does Good program, which is a powerful driver of demand and lasting guest loyalty. The public can now invest alongside the institutional investors and community supporters who have backed SCP and affiliated businesses. The campaign is now live at invest.scphotel.com.

“This investment offering marks a meaningful milestone for SCP, one that invites mindful travelers and values-aligned investors to become true partners in building the next generation of hospitality,” said Ken Cruse, CEO and Founder of Soul Community Planet. “We’ve spent seven years refining the Soul Community Planet brand, proving along the way that modern travelers will go out of their way and pay more for values-driven hospitality experiences rooted in measurable positive impacts. Now we’re offering a limited opportunity for people who share our belief in traveling with intent to invest alongside us as we grow the SCP brand.”

    What Is Soul Community Planet?

Founded by Ken and Pam Cruse, SCP brands unique, small-format, coastal and nature-centric hotels in California, Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado and Costa Rica under three brand expressions: SCP WildFree: nostalgic motels reimagined for the modern, mindful wayfarer; SCP Hotels: boutique sanctuaries grounded in wellness and nature; and By SCP: iconic destinations, elevated through regenerative luxury. Today, the SCP portfolio spans 10 properties, each chosen for the depth of what the surrounding destination offers. From the exotic and ecologically intense Corcovado Wilderness Lodge by SCP, to an 1867 country manor at the center of the SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm and the volcanic rainforest landscapes accessible from the oceanfront SCP Hilo Hotel, to the estuarine habitat at Salishan Coastal Lodge on the spectacular central Oregon Coast and the cliffside Pacific views at the oceanfront Laguna Surf Lodge by SCP Hotels, every property is rooted in its place. Guests find clean, energy-efficient accommodations alongside wellness programming, farm-to-fork dining, coworking, and fitness, anchored by SCP’s Every Stay Does Good program, which connects each stay to measurable impacts, including reforestation, coastal ecosystem recovery, marine conservation, and youth mental health support.

While today Soul Community Planet is a stand-alone brand, the company is working towards a consolidated, vertically-integrated platform, with brand ownership, hotel management, and real estate under one umbrella. This structure would virtually eliminate the third-party fee structures and lack of control that typically dilute returns in traditional hospitality. SCP’s five-year plan targets deployment of approximately $300 million in equity plus 50 percent leverage, into over 2,000 hotel rooms, subject to a range of risks and uncertainties outlined in the company’s disclosures.

    Current SCP Performance

After seven years of brand development and refinement, the objective data validates the SCP brand. Preliminary results through Q2, 2026 show the portfolio of SCP-branded hotels achieved 13.5 percent growth in total revenue; at the same time, the major hotel chains have reported average U.S. hotel RevPAR growth of approximately 4.8 percent. As of June 2026, SCP’s average guest Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 61.4, which rates as “Exceptional,” exceeding all major chains. Most SCP-branded hotels occupy the #1 or #2 ranking in terms of guest satisfaction in their respective markets, with 60 percent of SCP-branded hotels earning the Tripadvisor “Travelers’ Choice” award in 2025 or 2026. Another solid indicator of the strength of the SCP brand is its direct booking rate, which at the end of Q2 2026, stood at approximately 64 percent (meaning 64 percent of SCP’s room revenue is generated by guests who book directly through the brand or the hotels). This compares favorably to the average direct booking rate for U.S. independent hotels, which hovers around 35 percent.

SCP’s Powerful Every Stay Does Good Impact

A major hallmark of SCP’s true impact and a powerful driver of guest affinity and loyalty is SCP’s Every Stay Does Good (ESDG) program. Cumulatively through July 31, 2026, SCP’s guests have facilitated the planting of over 333,800 trees in unnaturally deforested areas through SCP’s partnership with One Tree Planted. The cumulative trees planted through SCP’s ESDG program have the potential to sequester an estimated 16 million pounds of CO₂e and to produce over 85 million pounds of O₂ each year at maturity. This is enough oxygen to meet the needs of over 650,000 people. Meanwhile, SCP’s Pristine Makai program with Hawaii Wildlife Fund has facilitated the recovery of over 145,000 pounds of waste from an ecologically sensitive beach at the southern tip of Hawai’i Island. Additionally, the ESDG program includes impact partnerships with Innoceana, Boardriders Foundation, SeaTrees, and WE Charity among others.

    SCP’s Net Zero Waste Program

Soul Community Planet’s Net Zero Waste (NZW) program delivered measurable, independently verifiable environmental outcomes in 2025. This analysis presents three tiers of impact—waste reduction, diversion and circularity, and carbon sequestration—using conservative, auditable methodologies grounded in EPA emission factors and peer-reviewed forestry science.

The headline findings for 2025 are:

Reduction in waste intensity (lbs per occupied room) vs. 2024. From 2.66 lbs/room in 2024 to 2.40 lbs/room in 2025.

Waste diversion rate—kept away from landfill. 32 percent of all waste generated was reused, recycled, composted or donated.

Net waste to landfill per occupied room. After ESDG beach cleanup partnerships (Innoceana + Hawaii Wildlife Fund).

Carbon position—61× offset of landfill-derived emissions. Conservative methodology: 15 percent absorption credit on 320,171 cumulative trees planted.

Net carbon sequestration in 2025 (CO₂e). Even at conservative 15 percent young-tree absorption rate; lifetime fleet value = 140,875 tons CO₂e.

    SCP’s Recognition

In 2025 alone, Soul Community Planet and its branded hotels earned 91 press placements across a diverse range of consumer travel and lifestyle media, reaching 2.5 billion readers through stories within the New York Times, Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, National Geographic, and Skift. So far in 2026, SCP hotels have been recognized in more than 60 media placements, resulting in nearly 41 million impressions, as well as notable awards and recognitions, including Organic Spa Magazine’s “2026 Wellness Travel Awards,” Hawaii Magazine’s “2026 Readers’ Choice,” and Sunset Magazine’s “2026 Travel Awards.”
