ORLANDO, FLA.—The NAFEM Show (North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers), to be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from Thursday, February 7 through Saturday, February 9, will feature more than 600 equipment and supplies manufacturers. Many of those manufacturers will offer products to help hoteliers and restaurateurs reduce costs and impacts related to energy, water and waste.

Registration for the event is currently $75. That fee will increase on January 17. Those interested in attending can access the 2019 exhibitor list on the NAFEM website.

One company in attendance will be ExBio NA, Inc., a maker of food digesters. Another company at the event will be InSinkErator. It is a business unit of Emerson and is the world’s largest manufacturer of garbage disposals and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use. InSinkErator is debuting three new products at this year’s NAFEM Show.

On the show floor attendees can take a break at the theater and listen to 30-minute presentations from industry leaders on equipment and supplies trends and technologies. Multiple lounges around the show floor will give suppliers an opportunity to chat about how a single equipment or supply implementation changed an operator’s business for the better. As in past years, many of the submissions received for WHAT’S HOT! WHAT’S COOL! What Works! will be showcased.
