Designed to deliver ultra-high efficiency and dependable operation, Regent units meet the evolving demands of commercial water heating systems.
Built to handle dynamic heating loads, Regent tankless is available in three models ranging from 500,000 to 1,000,000 BTU/hr. Each unit achieves a thermal efficiency of up to 97 percent and features a turndown ratio of up to 25:1. This modulation range enables the Regent water heater to adapt seamlessly to shifting system demands, delivering hot water precisely when needed while minimizing energy waste during periods of low activity.
At the core of the water heater’s reliability is the RealTime O2 Trim technology. This system utilizes feedforward and feedback data for automatic combustion trimming, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Further responsiveness is provided by an Ultrasonic Flow Sensor, which detects flow changes instantly, allowing the water heater to react in real time to shifting demands to provide consistent and accurate water temperature delivery.

The Regent unit features a Lochinvar-exclusive single water-tube, stainless steel heat exchanger and an internal circulating pump to maintain high-velocity flow. For large-scale applications, the system offers scalability with the ability to cascade up to eight units. Despite this power, the unit maintains a minimal footprint, simplifying installation in tight mechanical rooms. User interaction is streamlined via the SMART TOUCH Control, featuring a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen. This high-contrast interface offers intuitive monitoring and a platform for seamless protocol enhancements and updates.
