ASHEBORO, N.C.—Industry giant Klaussner Home Furnishings is launching a contract division with a focus on hospitality. The new division, Klaussner Contract Furnishings, will offer a full range of quality contract upholstery products, including sofas, loveseats, chairs, sleepers, sectionals, chaises and ottomans. An extensive network of coast-to-coast manufacturing and distribution facilities will ensure quality service.

Ron Werner, the recently appointed director of contract furnishings, will lead the division and spearhead the company’s sales initiative in the hospitality industry.

“Our new division will specialize in not only a full catalog of standard seating but also made-to-order, designer-specified, upholstered seating that upholds the high quality standards expected in the contract industry,” says J.B. Davis, president and CEO of Klaussner Home Furnishings. “Building on our brand promise of choice, selection and possibilities, we will focus on quality products that can be customized at value price points with one of the fastest delivery times in the industry.”

With 15 manufacturing and distribution facilities encompassing more than 3.1 million square feet, as well as a 100,000-square-foot showroom, Klaussner Contract Furnishings offers the unique capability to handle specific design and production demands both in the United States as well as internationally.

“We will prove to be a valued partner to the larger hospitality chains because of our volume capabilities,” Davis says, adding that Klaussner employs more than 2,500 people in the United States. “We also are dedicated to accommodating smaller, high-quality, custom order projects.”

Klaussner Contract Furnishings offers a comprehensive five-year warranty on its frames, springs and environmentally friendly ultra-cell HD foam. The company also is committed to environmentally sustainable “green” manufacturing techniques, policies and practices.
