INCLINE VILLAGE, NEVADA—Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, the only waterfront resort in North Lake Tahoe, announces Julie Orblych as its wellness and adventure specialist.  Through this new role, Orblych will work directly with guests to curate their on-site wellness experience, from morning meditation sessions to arranging flotation therapy sessions, and more.

“I am thrilled to be named as the wellness specialist at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe,” said Orblych. “I’ve always had a passion for wellness and am happy to have the opportunity to help guests become a better version of themselves through self-care and by participating in activities that make their hearts and souls happy, which is more important now than ever before. When we incorporate wellness into a vacation, we share not only a memory, but are creating something that we can take back and practice in our daily routines. By curating a one-of-kind Lake Tahoe experience, we are not only creating life-long memories for our guests, but hopefully helping to set them on their new wellness path.”

Once guests book a stay at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, they will have the option to be virtually connected with Orblych to begin curating their on-site wellness experience.  Prior to arrival, guests can email tahoeadventures@hyatt.com to begin the process, or they can connect with Orblych via telephone, Facetime, or Zoom to discuss the current wellness events and activities taking place on site. Options range from morning meditation at the resort’s Water Garden, to guided hikes, family nature walks, “Painting in the Pines” art classes, and more.

Orblych is originally from Boyne City, Michigan. She has 28 years of experience working in the hospitality and spa industry. She began as a switchboard operator and then worked at the front desk, reservations, retail, merchandise, sales administrator, and sales manager. In addition to being the resort’s wellness specialist, she also serves as director of Stillwater Spa and Salon. She recently helped to introduce “Pearl,” a Revolution Float Orb created for flotation therapy, to the spa’s menu of experiences.

Located between the towering pines of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the shores of North Lake Tahoe, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe features an ideal backdrop for an inspiring wellness retreat. It provides easy access to the area’s iconic outdoor experiences including the new Tahoe East Shore Trail, a paved trail that spans three miles lining the lake, and more than 12 premier ski resorts located throughout the area.
