LEBANON, N.H.—FreshAir, an industry leader in the development of sensors to detect and alert for hazardous chemicals, announces its plan to reduce monthly fees for hospitality clients through December 2020. The company will also extend this monthly fee reduction to hotel properties which install FreshAir Sensor devices during this period.

In March, FreshAir announced a complete monthly fee waiver for its hospitality clients through June 30 and continued to provide its novel 24×7 smoking detection and monitoring service for tobacco and marijuana smoke during this period.

“We are excited to hear that many of our hotel clients who closed have started reopening,” said Jack O’Toole, founder and President of FreshAir. “Occupancy rates are showing promising increases, as domestic travel starts to rebound. Even with these encouraging signs, we understand that the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to have an impact on the hospitality industry beyond June and decided to extend additional support.”

For clients who pay monthly, subscriptions will reflect this discount automatically starting in July. For clients who pay annually, this additional credit will be applied towards the next payment.

“Cleanliness and safety in hotel rooms and properties are now more important than ever to maintain guest satisfaction and overall profitability,” said O’Toole. “FreshAir remains committed to helping hoteliers operate cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for their guests and staff.”
