DALLAS—Fairmont Dallas welcomes “Bondi” as Chief Happiness Officer of the iconic Dallas Arts District hotel. Bondi, a six-month-old puppy, adopted from DFW-based Operation Kindness, will serve as the hotel’s canine ambassador promoting positivity and happiness among colleagues and guests. As a pet-friendly hotel with experience hosting dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, Fairmont Dallas is eager to add a pup of its own to the esteemed staff.

Due to her diligent work welcoming guests in the hotel’s lobby, making fast friends with Dallasites walking through the 118-acre Dallas Arts District, and providing stress relief and smiles to meeting attendees, Bondi has been promoted to the position of Chief Happiness Officer. As Chief Happiness Officer, Bondi will actively engage in events, be available to participate in various hotel activities, and work with her colleagues to engage in volunteer work for organizations, including Operation Kindness.

Having graduated summa cum laude from a four-week intensive training program, Bondi looks forward to welcoming guests, interacting with colleagues, and sharing joy throughout Fairmont Dallas’ hallways and common spaces.

“We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the Fairmont Dallas family—Bondi, our four-legged Chief Happiness Officer,” said David Sher, Fairmont Dallas General Manager. “Bondi’s infectious positivity and commitment to spreading joy make her the perfect ambassador for our hotel. We believe Bondi will not only enhance the overall experience of our guests but also contribute to the unique charm that defines Fairmont Dallas.”

While Bondi offices with her Fairmont Dallas colleagues, she can typically be found welcoming guests in the hotel’s lobby, romping on the rooftop terrace, and can even be invited to attend special meetings or events, offering a unique and delightful touch to gatherings.
