Creative Systems Lighting Awarded Green GOOD AWARD

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIF.—CSL (Creative Systems Lighting), manufacturer of high performance, energy-efficient lighting solutions for commercial and residential projects, announced that their LED Cylinders have been awarded the 2016 Green GOOD DESIGN Award, presented by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design together with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The Green GOOD DESIGN’s goal is to bestow international recognition to those outstanding individuals, companies, organizations, governments, and institutions—together with their products, services, programs, ideas, and concepts that have forwarded exceptional thinking and inspired greater progress toward a healthier and more sustainable universe.

“The Green GOOD DESIGN award comes from such a prestigious organization,” said Steve Nadell, President of Troy-CSL. “Our goal has always been to be leaders in designing and producing energy-efficient, cutting edge products for all the segments that we work with and to be recognized by leaders in this field is validation of the highest honor.”

CSL’s new LED Cylinders are delicate-looking yet they pack an impressive LED punch. They include an integral proprietary 120-277V input LED Driver, and 90 percent efficient and 0.99 power factor. Originally available in white, satin aluminum and bronze, they are now available in 19 vibrant galvanized finishes which range from Aegean Blue and Galvanized Steel to vibrant red and Burnished Bronze. The pendants are available as 2″, 3″ and 5″ apertures. They are also UL/cUL Listed for wet location and carry a five year manufacturer’s warranty.
