NEW YORK—Coalesse, a leading manufacturer of premium live/work furniture, has been awarded Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) level 1 certification for 11 seating products. With the issue of this certificate and in addition to its already recognized seating and table options, Coalesse now offers 20 total products with level 1 SCS certification.
The newly certified Coalesse seating products include: Astor, Bob, Chord, Circa, Coupe, Enea, La Costa, Last Minute Stool, Sidewalk, Swathmore and Switch. In addition, Coalesse’s already certified seating and table products include: Kart, 4 O’Clock, Akira, Au Lait, E-Table, Derby, Rizzi Arc, Runner and Train. Receipt of level 1 SCS Certification confirms that the certified product meets all of the necessary qualifications and conforms to the BIFMA e3-2008 Furniture Sustainability Standard.
