SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.—Carlisle Companies Inc. announced the publication of its 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, showcasing continued progress against its three-pillar sustainability strategy of manufacturing energy efficient products, reducing emissions, and diverting landfill waste. Rooted in more than a century of innovation and powered by the Carlisle Operating System (COS), the company continues to demonstrate its ability to create shareholder value through sustainability.

The Carlisle 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report highlights measurable progress consistent with its sustainability strategy, including:
- Manufacturing energy efficient products: In 2025, Carlisle sold over $3.4B in products helping customers achieve LEED certification. Products sold in 2025 are expected to save 138 million+ MWh of energy demand, avoiding nearly $18 billion in customer energy costs over the expected installed life of those products. Carlisle products sold in 2025 also avoid 93 million metric tons of CO2e in Scope 4 emissions, equivalent to the carbon sequestered by 93 million acres of U.S. forests in a year.
- Reducing emissions: Carlisle lowered its Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 17.48 percent and its Scope 3 emissions intensity by 14.33 percent, both measured from a 2021 base year. Progress reflects the impact of continued energy efficiency measures in alignment with the GHG Protocol and SBTi Corporate Net-Zero Standard.
- Diverting landfill waste: Carlisle diverted 113,000 tons of material from landfills in 2025, reclaiming an additional 5 percent toward its 2030 goal and eclipsing 60 percent of that goal to date. The company also doubled the amount of roofing material collected through its Rooftop Takeoff Program to 4.1 million square feet, and its Lakeland, Fla. facility became a spotlight site for EPS recycling.
- Leading on safety: Carlisle achieved a 0.77 Total Recordable Incident Rate in 2025—nearly four times better than the industry average of 2.8 per the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics—placing the company in the top 10 percent of U.S. manufacturing companies as it continues to pursue its Path to Zero safety strategy.
