MENOMONEE FALLS, WIS.—Despite an increasing number of Americans making a point to wash their hands more during cold and flu season, a growing number of people—almost 8 out of 10—have witnessed others leave public washrooms without washing their hands, according to Bradley Company’s Healthy Handwashing Survey.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Plastic Pollution Coalition, a project of Earth Island Institute, filed a complaint in the District of Columbia Superior Court on Friday, January 31, against The Wonderful Company, LLC and FIJI Water, LLC, makers of FIJI Water bottled water, for alleged “false and deceptive marketing” in violation of the District of Columbia’s Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA).
