NEW YORK—Delos, a global wellness real estate and technology company, and Tranquil, a boutique urban wellness real estate company, today announced a collaboration to incorporate Delos wellness technologies throughout the new Tranquil Wellness Tower in Dubai. Stay Well by Delos provides evidence-based health and wellness features and programming to help create healthier indoor spaces, and will be incorporated throughout the property, making Tranquil the first property in the world to offer Stay Well by Delos as a standard amenity.
Developed by Delos, Stay Well transforms indoor spaces to promote and support healthier lifestyles. Combining scientific research with engineering and technological advancements, Stay Well spaces incorporate myriad state-of-the-art wellness features to help improve indoor air and water quality, nutrition, sleep patterns and physical comfort, as well as reduce exposure to germs and allergens. Stay Well by Delos can be found in leading hotels including Four Seasons, MGM, Wyndham, Melía, and more, as well as in senior living communities and student housing.
Tranquil has a mission to impact 10 million lives in the next five years through the convergence of leading wellness technologies and practices across real estate and hospitality projects. The Tranquil Wellness Tower will feature 60,000 square feet dedicated to health and wellness-enhancing amenities and 272 Wellhome apartments of varying sizes for both long-term and short-term stays. The project is currently under construction with completion anticipated Q1 2023.

The strategic collaboration between Delos and Tranquil will pioneer a comprehensive approach to wellness-based living and hospitality. The Stay Well by Delos offering will include advanced air purification, custom water filtration, circadian lighting, and an enhanced sleep system.
