GOLDEN, COLO.—Silver
Bullet Water Treatment, LLC announced
that its Board of Directors has chosen Bradley Walsh as the organization’s CEO and
board member. Walsh, who previously served as Silver Bullet’s COO and CFO has
been an enthusiastic and well trusted leader within Silver Bullet since he
joined the company.
Walsh is a senior executive with verifiable success achieving revenue, profit,
and business growth objectives in start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change
environments. He has extensive experience with highly engineered systems, which
require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and
industries. His success building relationships with upper-level decision
makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer
commitments also was a key driver behind his appointment as CEO.
“After thorough succession planning the board is pleased to have found the best
individual to assume leadership of this world-class water treatment solution
organization,” said Robert Fenwick-Smith, Chairman of the Silver Bullet Board
of Directors and founder of Aravaipa, a micro-fund with a sharp focus on
Colorado-based Impact Technology companies. “Brad has a track record of strong
leadership in both growing and maturing technology and manufacturing companies.
This, combined with his deep knowledge of the water treatment industry, and his
institutional tenure, makes Brad uniquely qualified to lead Silver Bullet into
the future.”
Customer-Focused &
Performance-Driven
Walsh characterizes his leadership philosophy as customer focused and
performance-driven. Strong strategic leadership, resource alignment, and
extensive knowledge in both domestic and international economic markets are his
keys to long-term success.
“I’m honored, and I’m grateful to the Board for the opportunity to lead this
exceptional organization of dedicated and talented professionals, engineers,
scientists and service providers,” said Walsh. “We provide our customers
innovative, custom designed and professionally engineered water treatment
solutions every day. Our sustainable technologies impact not only our customers’
businesses, but also the industries in which they thrive and the world beyond.
This is a terrific opportunity that any leader would welcome.”
Since taking the reins of Silver Bullet, Walsh has reinvigorated the company
through multiple initiatives. Among others, he has expedited completion of
various design changes such as intelligent pH control, remote monitoring,
automated dosing and oxidant testing systems. Using his financial expertise he
has reduced expenses, revised the company’s pricing structure to make its
systems more affordable and competitive, and introduced a direct sales
option to complement the existing lease model to better serve customers and
dealers.
