I will share them with my readers. I thought of that after a look at the most recent U.S. Drought Monitor. If you visit the Drought Monitor site, you will see how severe the drought is in the west. Take a look at a series of maps in The New York Times and you will see how conditions have worsened over the years and gotten especially bad this year. In the Times article, Daniel Swain, a climate scientist at the University of California, Los Angeles, who studies how global warming affects extreme weather events, described it as “an alarming picture.” In California, water restrictions are already in effect, with more widespread cuts expected.

Their showerheads save up to 40 percent on water and energy costs. That is just one example of a company making it easy to conserve water.
