Audubon International Partners with Bookdifferent.com

TROY, N.Y.—Audubon International’s Green Lodging Program has partnered with hotel booking website Bookdifferent.com to encourage travelers to stay in hotels that are certified by eco-labels as having environmentally friendly practices. Cornell Study: LEED Leads to Higher ADR, Greater RevPAR

ITHACA, N.Y.—A new study from Cornell University has found that hotels gain a revenue benefit when they are certified under the LEED sustainable building program. By comparing LEED certified hotels with a competitive set of non-certified hotels, the study found substantial increases in average daily rates and revenue per available room for the LEED hotels.
