ARROYO GRANDE, CALIF.—Arroyo Grande’s newest destination, The Agrarian Hotel, is set to open its doors in June of 2019, offering well-appointed rooms, plush amenities, and inviting, sustainably-designed spaces that seek to redefine the boutique hotel experience.

Located in the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, The Agrarian Hotel is an exquisite new boutique hotel at the gateway to wine country, where comfort and sustainability coincide to create a memorable, relaxing stay on the Central Coast. All 54 rooms and suites are spacious and tastefully-designed, offering Tempurpedic beds, high-end bedding, and plush amenities, such as private patios and Jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms. A stay at the pet-friendly Agrarian also includes complimentary continental breakfast, as well as use of the hot tub and heated pool, which are open year-round.

This craftsman-style hotel is the first LEED Certified hotel in Arroyo Grande, and effortlessly blends elegantly-designed, approachable spaces with sustainability in design. Rooms and communal areas are inspired by the craftsmanship and history of downtown Arroyo Grande, but with a nod to the modern trends of today. “It was important to create a place that not only welcomes guests with warm hospitality and the charm of Arroyo Grande, but that also supports a dedication to sustainability,” shares Fred Reed, General Manager of the hotel. “As the first and only hotel in the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and the first LEED Certified hotel in the area, our goal is to foster a place where guests can unwind and feel welcomed like family, and in a space that is thoughtfully and carefully designed to be environmentally-friendly.”

Situated within steps of antique shops, acclaimed eateries, and noteworthy wineries, The Agrarian is conveniently located close to several beaches and just a short drive to dozens of wineries in the Edna Valley and San Luis Obispo wine regions. “The Agrarian is a memorable destination for those looking to enjoy everything the Central Coast has to offer, while getting away from it all,” adds Reed. “With beautiful beaches nearby, and such close proximity to world-class wine and farm-to-table eateries, we couldn’t be more thrilled to open our doors and invite guests to discover the magic of this special place.”
