CHICAGO—The Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association (IHLA) honored IHLA member employees for their outstanding accomplishments, service, and leadership in the hotel industry at the 2025 Stars of the Industry Awards. Brit McKinney of the Hampton Inn Decatur/Mt. Zion was awarded Hotelier of the Year, with several more industry leaders also recognized for helping elevate the guest experience and ensuring Illinois remains a great place to visit.

IHLA’s Stars of the Industry Awards program celebrates those employed within the hotel industry who are recognized by their peers to be the best of the best.
