
PHOENIX—Ideation Design Group (IDG), a global boutique architecture, interior design, foodservice and procurement firm announces several leadership promotions following the appointment of Jennifer Reynolds as sole owner and CEO. The transition reflects a renewed vision for the firm’s future, with several team members stepping into elevated roles, including Director of Architecture Courtney Fisher, Director of Operations Stacy Molnar, Director of Business Development Samantha Ramirez and the hiring of Jennessa Durrani as Director of People, Culture & Strategy. These advancements and the renovation of IDG’s Phoenix headquarters both underscore the firm’s broader initiative for strategic growth and innovation.

The new structure is meticulously designed to further IDG’s presence across the hospitality, transportation, retail, and food and beverage sectors in Arizona and beyond. To invest in rising design professionals at the firm, additional promotions include Lizzy Lefkowitz, Lead Interior Designer; Skylar Andre, Interior Designer; and Richard Calkins, Architectural Coordinator.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen + Bar
The team completed a host of projects in 2025, including the debut of new restaurant concepts Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails in Scottsdale and Cowboy Seafood in Phoenix. The firm also expanded its portfolio in international airports with Sammy Hagar’s Beach Bar in Charlotte Douglas, Lil Woody’s in Seattle–Tacoma, The Salty Key in Sarasota Bradenton, and most recently, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen + Bar and the SanTan Spirit House in Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Looking to refresh its physical presence alongside the leadership changes, the renovation of the IDG office headquarters in Phoenix is nearing completion. The rejuvenated home base will further support the team’s productivity, collaboration, and forward-thinking design.
The growing team continues to onboard forward-thinking professionals, including the recent hires of Interior Designer Kristen Hakalmazian and Junior Interior Designer Anna Grendahl.
