SOMERSET, N.J.—Guest Supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sysco Corp., announced a restructuring of the company, including an updated name, Guest Worldwide. The new operating structure will create three distinct business units under the parent company, Guest Worldwide. The business units include:
- Gilchrist & Soames—Gilchrist & Soames combines its leading amenity manufacturing capabilities with a passion for pure and innovative bath products, unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and clean, skin-friendly formulations.
- Manchester Mills—As one of the world’s leading textile producers, Manchester Mills is thoroughly committed to meeting the ever-changing needs of customers. With a powerful blend of unrivaled expertise and manufacturing flexibility, Manchester Mills delivers uniquely exceptional guest experiences through uncompromising quality and a relentless passion for innovation.
- Guest Supply—With more than 40 years of experience, Guest Supply is an industry leader in hospitality supplies, serving the world’s top hotel chains and independent properties in over 100 countries as a full-spectrum distribution solution provider.

Xenis and Romoser will continue to lead the Guest Supply business unit, in conjunction with the responsibilities associated with their Guest Worldwide roles.
Manchester Mills, Gilchrist & Soames Leadership
Reporting to Romoser will be Elizabeth McNulty and Roys Laux, who will be leading Manchester Mills and Gilchrist & Soames, respectively, and who will have responsibility for growing the global manufacturing business units to better meet the needs of current and future customers and their consumers.
Elizabeth McNulty has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager, Manchester Mills. McNulty is a respected textile industry leader with more than 25 years of experience and a degree in textile engineering. She joins the company from Westpoint Home, where she held the role of Executive Vice President of Marketing, Brand Management, Design and Product Development.
Roys Laux, currently Vice President Global Strategy, Guest Supply, has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager, Gilchrist & Soames. Laux joined Guest Supply in 2015 as the result of Guest Supply’s purchase of Gilchrist & Soames. During her tenure at Gilchrist and Soames, she held the role of Vice-President, Marketing.
