WOODRIDGE, ILL.—With its North Point Pint urinals, utilizing a pint (0.125 gallons) of water per flush (gpf), Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC has added its lowest water consuming high efficiency urinal (HEU) collection. Serving as the latest product addition to the North Point line, the new HEU features all of the performance and function of traditional urinals but with minimal water; thereby saving considerable amounts of resources with each flush.
“By using only a pint of water, the North Point Pint urinals perform much better than waterless urinals due to the execution of the flush allowing the least amount of water to effectively remove waste,” said Kevin McJoynt, vice president of marketing for Gerber. “This is especially important in commercial environments where excessive flushing is common. And the key component of our urinal is the fact that it barely uses any water—with only a pint.”
The North Point Pint HEUs are available in both half stall and space saver sizes. Additionally, the North Point HEUs complete Gerber’s full array of urinal products including the 0.125 gpf top spud, 0.5 gpf top and back spud, and 1.0 gpf top and back spud.
The North Point Pint HEUs are WaterSense compliant with official EPA WaterSense certification pending.
