RALEIGH, N.C.—Garnica, a leading manufacturer of premium sustainable plywood recently announced the launch of EverPly+, an advanced thermally fused laminate (TFL) on plywood solution developed in collaboration with Genesis Products. The panels were showcased at the Kitchen & Bathroom Industry Show (KBIS) 2026.
EverPly+ combines Genesis’s expertise in decorative surface systems with Garnica’s high-performance, sustainably sourced plywood. The result is a solution engineered to address longstanding challenges in decorative panel fabrication, including thickness variability, core consistency, weight, and durability. While TFL is commonly applied to particleboard or MDF, plywood has historically been more difficult to use due to core variability, splicing requirements, and machining limitations. EverPly+ overcomes these barriers by using Garnica’s virtually void-free Efficiency Poplar plywood as the core, enabling:
