SHEFFIELD, MASS.—Cypress Hotel & Spa, a leading designer and manufacturer of luxurious bathrobes, towels, slippers, and sheets for the hospitality and spa industry for more than 25 five years, announced that it has become the exclusive distributor of MicroCotton towels, the newest innovation in luxury bath amenities.
MicroCotton Towels by Cypress are made from a unique cotton yarn developed exclusively in India, using Exceptionally Long Staple cotton fibers virtually identical to “Sea Island Cotton.” The soft and plush feel of MicroCotton is complimented by the ability of this towel to be light, yet densely arrayed. The greatest benefit of MicroCotton is its ability to absorb water almost instantaneously and absorb three times more moisture by weight than the average towel. MicroCotton is the most absorbent, quick-drying cotton towel on the market.
“Hoteliers will notice an immediate difference between the towels they currently use and our new, exclusive MicroCotton towel… and their guests will, too,” said Gene Faul, Cypress founder and CEO. “And due to the unique qualities of the fiber, hoteliers can add luxury to the guest experience without adding to the electric bill.”
MicroCotton is better for the environment than traditional cotton towels because the towels are manufactured without the use of carbon-emitting processes and uses less water and energy during the washing and drying laundry phases. This will allow hoteliers to provide a luxurious service and still save on operating costs.
“This product is something everyone can feel good about,” continued Faul. “Good for the guests, good for the environment and good for the bottom line. MicroCotton towels by Cypress define luxury and environmental stewardness.”
