KEHL, GERMANY—ADA Cosmetics has been honored with two prestigious employer awards, reinforcing its position as a leading workplace in the hospitality supply sector. The company was named “Excellent Employer 2025” in Germany and also received a Gold Award for “Employer of the Year” at the SME Business Awards in Bedfordshire, its U.K. base for more than 30 years.

The “Excellent Employer 2025” award is based on an independent industry survey, conducted annually throughout the German-speaking hospitality sector since 2021. The anonymous survey explores what employees value most in leadership and what makes an employer truly attractive. It is carried out by the Berlin School of Economics and Law, under the expert academic leadership of Professor Dr. Sandra Rochnowski.
Results are revealed each year at the prestigious Deutscher Hotelkongress (German Hotel Congress), hosted by the recognized hospitality journal Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung (AHGZ), and made publicly available.
An ‘Industry Partner’ Winner
In the 2025 edition, ADA Cosmetics was honored as an “Industry Partner” winner, a testament to the company’s standing as a trusted and valued employer in the hospitality supply chain.
At the Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce SME Business Awards 2025, ADA Cosmetics was named Gold Winner in the “Employer of the Year” category. Judged by an independent panel, the award celebrates companies demonstrating outstanding employee engagement, leadership, and workplace culture.
