Indiana Furniture Announces Promotion of Ashley Fair to Vice President

JASPER, IND.—Indiana Furniture announced that Ashley Fair has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, Safety & Environmental.

As Vice President and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, Ashley will focus on the people-related business strategies, including the attraction of top talent, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. With this promotion, she will also take on the responsibility of overseeing and driving the company’s Safety and Environmental strategies, with the goal of continuing the company’s successful safety record and ensuring the company continues to place an emphasis on being a good steward of the environment.

Ashley brings over 15 years of progressive experience in leading Human Resources and Risk Management teams, talent development programs, and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies. Before joining Indiana Furniture in 2017, she worked for companies where she had the opportunity to lead efforts in Human Resources and Risk Management both in corporate and manufacturing environments.
