DENTON, TEXAS—Embassy Suites by Hilton, a global brand of upscale, all-suite hotels from Hilton, announced the opening of a newly-built hotel in the city of Denton, Texas.

The hotel venture marks a significant commitment to sustainability, as it is designed as a LEED Gold certified property, pending approval by the US Green Building Council. Due to its convenient location, large convention center and value-driven amenities, Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center accommodates a variety of guests, from business professionals to families.

In the heart of Texas’ up-and-coming Rayzor Ranch District, the hotel’s central location provides guests easy access to downtown Denton, the hotspot for lively and eclectic music, art and culinary delights. The location is ideal for walking to shops, restaurants and bars in Rayzor Ranch or spending the evening listening to live music at the local amphitheater. Additionally, the hotel is positioned near University of North Texas and Texas Women’s University and international headquarters of several Fortune 500 companies, including PeterBilt, Tetra Pak, and ESAB.

Managed and developed by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, the hotel is comprised of 318 studio and two-room suites as well as a premiere top floor featuring two presidential suites. Upon acquiring pending LEED Gold certification, this hotel will mark the first Embassy Suites by Hilton to achieve such distinction and the fifth property in the O’Reilly Hospitality portfolio.
