NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO—The new M•Power Sensor-Operated Faucets have been selected as a winner of the 2014 Architectural Products magazine Product Innovation Awards (PIA) in the restroom and plumbing category, bringing home the third win in a row for Moen Commercial.
Seeking to determine and honor innovation in the development and refinement of buildings-related products, the PIA awards are judged by 50 independent industry professionals, including architects, interior designers and veteran industry writers. This panel chose to recognize M•Power faucets for their water savings, hygiene protection and style—including new modern and transitional-styled models that provide looks to fit with any design preference.
The sensor-operation of M•Power faucets reliably starts and stops the flow of water, which translates to water savings when compared to manual lavatory faucets. Plus, the faucets’ heavy-duty, all-metal construction, vandal-resistant features and chrome finish are backed by a best-in-class five-year warranty.
Faucets Feature Cleaning Mode
The latest M•Power faucets also feature a sentinel flow option to purge the waterway 24 hours from last use and a cleaning mode that enables temporary sensor deactivation for cleaning and maintenance. Laminar flow kits are available for increased sanitary protection.
