VERNON HILLS, ILL.—Eco Promotional Products, Inc. (EPP), an eco-friendly promotional products company, has launched its new, user-friendly e-commerce site to the public. Anytime, day or night, customers now have the option of placing orders without the need to call into the company. EPP customers’ will easily be able to navigate through product categories to make their choices. Once selected, quantity, product colors and sizes, imprint colors and uploading artwork may then be added to their cart.
“This new range of features of our site will enable our customers to easily choose environmentally friendly items based on their time schedule,” said president of Eco Promotional Products Inc., Michelle Sheldon. “All customers placing orders online will be able to review an electronic proof of their order before it moves into production. Every step of the order process is paperless.”
The site already provides customers with the option of choosing USA made only products by clicking on the American flag icon found on the top of each category page. EPP will also be sending electronic tree planting certificates for online orders, the same as they do for non-online orders.
Tree planting certificates signifying the planting of a tree in the customer’s name are issued to customers as their orders ship. Each tree impacts the environment by removing 50 pounds of pollution each year. Customers with questions or concerns will still be able to call the company between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, CST.
