Milliken & Co. Increases Methane Harvest for Renewable Energy

SPARTANBURG, S.C.—Milliken & Co., long recognized for sustainable leadership and environmental stewardship, has launched its second partnership to harvest methane as an alternative energy source. Manitowoc Reaches Terms on $2.1 Billion Acquisition of Enodis plc

MANITOWOC, WISC.—The Manitowoc Company, Inc. announced that agreement has been reached on the terms of a recommended acquisition of Enodis plc in a transaction valued at approximately $2.1 billion, including the assumption of Enodis’ net debt (approximately $207 million as of September 29, 2007).
