NEW YORK—Dexwet Air Filters (Dexwet), an air filter manufacturing and technology company making “Pure Air Filters” for use in homes, commercial properties, and custom business applications in Europe for over 15 years, has signed a Letter of Intent with Synthesis Analytics giving them rights to sell Dexwet Filters in Sweden.

Dexwet’s patented Pure Air Filter technology captures hazardous ultra-fine dust, pollen, and airborne particles that can cause health problems. It is currently used on European standard heat radiators, as well as commercially for electronics requiring advanced filtration and improved air flow capabilities. Dexwet recently announced plans to enter the U.S. market in 2021 and will make available its patented filter technology for U.S. standard exchange vents for both home and commercial use.

“Dexwet Air Filters provide safe, clean air environments for humans and machines and has been doing so for over 15 years in Europe,” said Gregory Scott Newsome, Chief Financial Officer and Board Director of Dexwet Air Filters. “As we continue to expand in Europe by introducing our products to the Swedish market, we are also planning expansions into North America early this year. We’re thrilled to announce an agreement with Synthetic Analytics which will grow our adoption of our radiator filters in Sweden for up to an additional 200,000 households.”

Synthesis Analytics offers Green Computing and Intelligent Heating solutions to municipalities in Sweden. The latter, Intelligent Heating solution provides hot water to municipalities that homes, and businesses use for radiant heat via hot water radiators. Dexwet’s Pure Air Radiator Filter would be offered directly to Synthesis Analytics municipality’s end customers.

Both Companies Focused on Sustainable Solutions

“Synthesis Analytics and Dexwet Filters are a natural fit as both companies are focused on sustainable solutions that are also effective solutions to real problems,” said Niclas Adler, Co-Founder and Chairman of Synthesis Analytics. “The technology behind Dexwet Air Filters is far superior to other competitors in the industry and is the perfect, natural fit to maximize our green computing and intelligent heat solutions.

Synthesis Analytics reuses the heat generated from high performance computing power to heat the water for the municipalities, effectively turning a waste product into a useable resource. The projected municipalities Synthesis Analytics will serve is estimated to be more than 50 with an estimated number of connected households of more than 200,000. Under the agreement, Synthesis Analytics will offer Dexwet Filters through their contracted municipalities to effectively supply Dexwet Pure Air Radiator Filters to households throughout Sweden.

The agreement follows a recent study conducted by renowned European air filtration expert, Dipl. Ing. Peter Tappler of IBO Interior Analysis OG, stating that Dexwet’s patented Pure Air Filters tested effective in capturing nano-fine dust particles and airborne pathogens including allergens, bacteria, and viruses such as the coronavirus. Dexwet is seeking similar scientific validation and any necessary approvals from U.S. regulators as it develops plans to sell Pure Air Filters within in the United States to residential and commercial property owners, renters, and managers in early 2021.

In December 2020, Dexwet filed a Regulation D offering to a select group of accredited investors to raise funds to establish a U.S. factory and locally manufacture Pure Air Filters for home and commercial use. Funds generated will also be used to create brand awareness to license the patented wet-filter technology into existing air filtration products available in the U.S. market as well as continue to expand throughout Europe and globally.
