MENOMONEE FALLS, WIS.—After introducing the new 4.10 ESi CT Express Combitherm in May of 2012, Alto-Shaam has re-launched this product with the additional features of an integrated catalytic converter, toasting/finishing element and smoking abilities. The new features were debuted at the 2013 NAFEM Show in Orlando.

With the integration of a 4.10 CCi catalytic converter that “scrubs” the airstream of normal grease-laden byproducts, the CT Express now has the versatility to be placed in areas without a hood.

Going beyond the usual Combitherm technology, the CT Express can be used as a finishing oven; quickly and efficiently toasting sandwiches, breads and desserts. Place the oven away from normal production space to cut down on clutter and streamline your kitchen. The best part of all is that a fully functioning Combi oven with an integrated catalytic converter will take up less than 2-ft wide of counter space, creating an efficient and de-cluttered workspace.

There are a variety of colors to choose from with all featuring an EcoSmart design that uses less electricity and water, cutting costs. In addition, one can take advantage of the 4.10CCi Touch Express with 200 program capacity, six automated browning levels, USB compatibility for HACCP data capture, and a programmed self-cleaning feature.
