BRIDGEWATER, N.J.—R&J Public Relations, a full-service public relations agency with offices in Bridgewater, N.J. and Manhattan, announces the addition of John De Bellis to the agency as Director of Business Development. De Bellis comes to R&J with over 20 years of marketing and communications experience, including having served as VP of External Communications at JPMorgan Chase. In his new role, De Bellis will be responsible for driving business development activities for the firm, seeking out new opportunities, and developing strategies to strengthen both new and existing client relationships.

De Bellis is expected to focus on new industry segments for the agency including a strong sustainability focus, becoming the voice of eco-centric programs in hospitality, real estate, consumer goods and more.
Immediately prior to joining R&J, De Bellis managed his own business consulting firm in Warren, N.J., where he focused on offering clients public relations, social media, direct marketing and integrated marketing communications services. In the past, he served as VP of External Communications at JPMorgan Chase, as well as Head of Marketing Communications at Philips Lighting where he worked on global brand initiatives for the firm’s consumer and B2B businesses.
Currently residing in Warren, N.J., De Bellis graduated from Rutgers University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies. Correspondingly, he can also speak Japanese.
