READING, PA.—Ambius, a global leader in interior landscaping, announced that Hilton San Francisco—Financial District has installed its innovative sustainable plant system, LivePicture, as part of the interior décor for the recently renovated property at the gateway to the world famous San Francisco Chinatown. The Hilton is using LivePicture for enhancing its meeting room and executive lobby areas.

LivePicture, the latest offering in unique interior plant designs from Ambius, is designed to bridge the gap between plants and art. It is a living work of art that is created using a mix of textural foliage. Framed, it can be sized to fit the needs of any space and needs no electricity or plumbing.

“The Hilton in the Financial District is one of the most sought after properties for business and pleasure travelers coming to San Francisco, so it is important for us to ensure we provide an inviting and relaxing environment that reflects this,” said Alex Loi, Project Coordinator, Hilton San Francisco. “Adding LivePicture to our interior landscaping was an easy decision. It is one more innovative way to continue to add a touch of nature indoors and support our goal of creating a pleasant and tranquil environment for the building.”

LivePicture is a living wall planter system that stimulates the senses by combining art and nature to create a one of a kind offering. It is a way to harness the powerful benefits of plants which have been well documented as improving the well-being of building occupants.

“We are very excited Hilton chose to add LivePicture to the interior landscaping as part of the Hilton’s renovation,” said Emma Galvez, Area District Manager, Ambius San Francisco. “This easy-to-install living green wall system provides yet another opportunity to use plants to not only beautify a building, but to also improve guest experience and employee morale.”
